The new generation of the Toyota RAV4 electric vehicle is almost here and after the Japanese automaker used to sell the EV RAV4 more than 14 years ago with no success, the new version of the eco-friendly crossover is expected to hit the showrooms next year.According to autocar.co.uk, the RAV4 EV will come with the Tesla electric powertrain. “Tesla is a catalyst for the industry and is pushing forward electric vehicle development. We will carry on as we are, pushing forward and showing people that not only are electric vehicles viable, they are also the best.
